Fabric Engineer, DA9 – Join the Leading FM Provider at One of Europe's Largest Shopping Centres!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabric Engineer to join our team, working at one of Europe's biggest shopping centres in Dartford. This is your chance to work for the country's largest Facilities Management provider, alongside an established team of skilled engineers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Salary: £30,000 + Overtime Available
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm
Your Role:
* External Maintenance: Including painting, bollard repairs, general fixes, and maintaining the shopping centre's exterior to the highest standard.
* Internal Duties: Handling all internal fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring the shopping centre remains a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* Supporting the Engineering Team: Collaborate closely with our engineers to carry out a range of maintenance tasks and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar fabric maintenance role or hands-on DIY skills
* A proactive approach with a strong work ethic
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
