We are currently recruiting for a fantastic local authority who are looking for Adult Social Workers on a permanent basis. They are a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional support and services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, to empower clients to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join this dynamic team.
Your new role
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Participate in regular team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Social Worker with a recognised social work degree.
Registration with SWE.
Fantastic opportunity for newly qualified Social Workers who have completed their ASYE.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
