Senior School Administrator

Position: Senior Administrator for Behaviour and Attendance
Salary: £120-£130 per day
Contract: Temporary (has potential to go permanent)
Working Pattern: Full time – 35 hours per week, Term-time only (39 weeks)
Start Date: ASAP

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator for Behaviour and Attendance to join a leading educational institution. This role will oversee administrative responsibilities related to tracking and monitoring student behaviour and attendance, as well as coordinating relevant systems and services both within and outside the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on administration related to student behaviour and attendance.
• Manage and coordinate systems and services to support both staff and students.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of behaviour and attendance processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
