Your role will include working with children with additional needs to ensure they are receiving the adequate support and making strong progress. You will report back to the class teacher, parents and the SENDCO and play a pivotal role in the schools success.
**Key Responsibilities**
Plan and create fun activities for learning
Provide 121 support for students who are falling behind
Work to ensure a safe and comfortable
Assist in managing student behaviour
Adapt when needing to approach something differently
