Trainee Property Maintenance Operative
Location: Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6RY
Salary: 18-20 years old £8.60 per hour,
21 years & over £11.44 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full or Part time
Hours: 30-35 Hours Per Week

Trainee Property Maintenance Operative - The Role:
We are looking for a reliable person who is able to commit to a permanent position with the Community Works Team and be willing to learn a range of new skills and abilities.
You will be based working from our Right2Work premises in Kendal working with the team from Community Works.
This is a unique role with no two days the same with on-the-job training and opportunities provided.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of Right2Work's Community Works property maintenance service.
Trainee Property Maintenance Operative - What we need from you:
The successful candidate will be willing to learn skills such as plastering, brick laying, garden maintenance, plumbing, DIY, painting and decorating, carpentry and joinery.
* The ideal candidate must be flexible with their availability and be able to work within a small team, take instruction and work well on their own initiative.
* You must be passionate, committed and share our values.
* You should hold a Full Driving license or be working towards obtaining a full driving licence.
You will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply) and we're looking for an immediate start date.
