Salary:£22,500 - £24,500 basic per annum + up to £4,800 (OTE £27,300)

Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Holidays:21 days holidays (increasing to 23 days after 1 years service) plus bank holidays

We are looking for a Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our new move team here in Newcastle. You will be working as part of a big diverse team.

Main Duties:

• Ensure a superior customer experience in all interactions.

• Manage move requests and coordinate the necessary services.

• Conduct outbound calls to address any pending move requests.

• Follow up with customers through outbound calls to ensure satisfaction.

• Cultivate new leads from customers vacating their properties.

• Promote engagement with potential customers by showcasing our products and services.

• Call customers who had an interaction with any of the other areas of businessand filled out a service feedback survey

• When customers had a negative experience take ownership to find a successful resolution for the customer and convert them into promoters of our services.

What we are looking for:

• 6-12 months experience in customer service / call centre environment.

• Customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety.

• Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality.

• Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude.

• Outgoing and dynamic personality to engage with customers to provide us new leads.

• Strong computer and MS office skills

• Hard working and willing to embrace new opportunities in the short and long term.

• Team player, with a willingness to join an already successful team environment
