ServiceNow HRSD Test Lead
Duration: 12 months, high possibility of extension
Location: Fully remote. Client in Woonsocket, RI
Apex Systems is supporting a national pharmaceutical retailer in their search for a ServiceNow Test Lead with subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD suite. You will liaise between the client and the implementation partner to develop and deploy a test strategy for ServiceNow HRSD operations - both independently and as integrated with Workday HCM.
This role will be a mix of leadership and hands-on contribution for end-to-end and user acceptance testing of the HRSD Portal. You will make recommendations for configurations and enhancements and help with automating key processes.
User story development and test script writing are essential duties in this role.
