• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.

• Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

How You Will Lead

• Help customers complete taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, tax preparation, and managing inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software to interact with customers and maintain records.
