Position Summary :

Warehouse Application Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements for logistics execution systems for the new distribution center. The analyst will be responsible to meet with stakeholders for requirements gathering, perform fit/gap analysts against Manhattan WMSOS/Honeywell WES software and perform necessary configuration in Manhattan WMOS/Honeywell WES to meet business requirement. In case of gaps, this analyst will be responsible to work with Manhattan/Honeywell and develop custom solutions to meet business requirement. This analyst will also be responsible to ensure developed solution matches business requirement and adheres to ERP/IT architecture.

Essential Functions :

• Responsible for gathering business requirements and developing detailed process flows
• Act as direct liaison with operations and project team to ensure system requirements, deadlines and priorities are clear and attained.
• Responsible for performing FIT/GAP analysis, and provide Manhattan WMOS/Honeywell WES solution that can be achieved by configuration.
• Steer business team members to adopt Industry best practices and standard Manhattan WMOS/Honeywell WES solution as much as possible
• Work closely with the Manhattan/Honeywell Team on functional specifications that cannot be accomplished using standard Manhattan WMS/Honeywell WES Functionality
• Responsible for supporting Manhattan WMS including Labor Management, Slotting and Supply Chain Intelligence
• Responsible for supporting Honeywell WES including Momentum, Momentum Connect, Route Managers and Storage Manager
• Develop and execute test cases
• Perform unit and integration testing / documentation preparation
• Assist with end user training
• Perform technical trouble shooting to resolve system issues
• Ensure that support SLAs are met based on issue severity and escalation procedure is followed

Interactions :

Supervision Received:

• Plans and carries out work assignments and handles problems in accordance with instructions, policies, previous training, or accepted practices in the occupation. Consults with Team leader on unique situations which do not have clear precedents

Supervisory Duties:

• No supervisory responsibility

Minimum Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in implementing Manhattan WMS/Honeywell WES software
• Must have in-depth Manhattan WMOS configuration and solution experience including WMS, Labor Management, Slotting and Supply Chain Intelligence
• Must have participated at least 1 prior Manhattan WMOS implementation.

• SQL experience required - intermediate level [i.e. basic stored procedures] for Oracle/MSSQL

• Experience in integrating Manhattan WMS with SAP is preferred
• Experience in food industry is preferred Ex. Catch Weight Management, Shelf Life Management, Lot Management, Variable Case Size etc.
• Experience in integrating Manhattan WMS with WCS/WES is desired
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education
• Pass FreshDirect's pre-employment testing: background check and drug test screening

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to make decisions that has a lasting impact on area of responsibility
• Certification in APICS (CSSP ) is desired.
