Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in a team-based selling model.
- Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot any issues related to the order process.
- Communicate with customers and manage accounts receivable.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about market conditions and competitors' products.
- Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequently working in the field, visiting customers in various weather and temperature conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
- Foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships, cold call, and develop new business.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
LICENSES
Valid driver's license required and a good motor vehicle record.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to stand, walk, drive, sit, lift, carry, grasp objects, and manipulate objects as needed.
