Job Description

Manage all aspects of commercial floor covering projects:

• Track and manage all project paperwork including all subcontractors, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, etc
• Ensure that all work is performed according to company standards and within the time frame allotted
• Maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations and safety measures
• Work closely with the client to ensure that all project goals are met

• Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the forefront of each project

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager will have:

• 7+ years of previous relevant flooring project management experience
• Prior experience working with large Boston-based commercial GCs
• Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Exel + Word
• OSHA-Certified (understanding of OSHA regulations + safety measures)
• Comfortable with both on-site + in-office settings
