What You'll Do:

• Lead Projects: Drive projects to successful completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure targets are met.
• Team Development: Mentor and onboard new Superintendents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Quality Control: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work meets our high standards and complies with all relevant codes.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Safety Leadership: Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow best practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

You'll work in dynamic environments ranging from clean, modern sites to challenging, heavily contaminated conditions. Safety is our top priority, and we provide all necessary protective gear. This role requires physical strength and stamina, as you'll need to lift up to 100 pounds, navigate various terrains, and maintain balance while working at heights.
