Student Intern - Construction Management

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Intern to join our Construction Management Department. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. The intern will primarily perform field clerk level duties, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers and engineers in daily operations on construction sites.
• Perform clerical duties such as organizing project documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support the procurement of construction materials and maintain inventory records.
• Participate in quality control procedures and assist in preparing deficiency reports.
• Attend project meetings and take minutes, ensuring all relevant information is documented.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
