Summary
Booster's Team Managers are responsible for sustaining the success of a local market by working directly with the General Manager to develop Team Strategy. With that Team Strategy, the Team Manager will help create the healthiest team possible by ensuring the team is fully staffed, trained, and able to execute world class fundraising campaigns.

Booster's Team Managers are responsible for sustaining the success of a local market by working directly with the General Manager to develop Team Strategy. With that Team Strategy, the Team Manager will help create the healthiest team possible by ensuring the team is fully staffed, trained, and able to execute world class fundraising campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee Booster Program Experience: Responsible for managing a culture of excellence that creates Raving Fans with school partners by using resources like Online Training, Field Guides, etc. They partner closely with Client Care Consultants to ensure schools are receiving a high quality product and experience.
- Lead Market Operations - Responsible for directly leading the Booster Team within the designated market area. These responsibilities include: team scheduling, inventory and equipment management, Event Vehicle Coordination and Maintenance, and overall organization systems to help the team function.
- Lead Development - By administering Scorecards, Performance Evaluations and Program Leader Briefings, Team Managers help Program Leaders and Program Specialist develop in their role and grow as leaders.
- Recruiting - Responsible for executing the Team Strategy set by the General Manager through recruiting, interviewing, & onboarding.
- Training - Run training for all hires, training weeks, and on the job coaching, and mid-semester hires to preform at the Booster Standard.
- Culture Cultivator - Cultivate an engaging, virtuous, and inclusive culture for all team members to flourish through team events, meetings, etc.
