Solution Architect - Technical Consulting Lead

Nextworld builds a forward-thinking, no-code, cloud-based development, and runtime platform with robust capabilities for enterprise applications.

With a focus on technical solution architecture, will collaborate closely with both internal project teams and clients to deliver quality software solutions. As the Solution Architect - Technical Consulting Lead you have the ability to manage a portfolio of the most complex and challenging enterprise software delivery engagements with minimal assistance from senior management, while effectively leading team members and assisting with all other projects as needed. You'll utilize your technical expertise to devise strategic plans for the optimization of software deployment.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Learns and stays up to date on knowledge of Nextworld and Cloud Inventory software, its configuration options, and integration points.
• Designs, develops, and tests application modifications to meet customer requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to explain standard and custom solution components to internal and external stakeholders.
• Guides customers during solution implementation and ongoing solution issue resolution.
• Serves as the primary delivery specialist for one or more customer implementations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborates with client personnel and delivery team members to ensure that proposed solutions and client expectations are congruent.
• Communicates and builds relationships with customers to understand objectives and solution requirements.
• Establishes lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and internal resources.
• Promptly identifies risks and escalates solution issues, ensuring timely updates and communication to project managers and customers.
• Mentors junior Delivery Specialists, as needed.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a technical or business specialty, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
• Necessary software delivery experience to perform job responsibilities and fulfill competency expectations.
• 10+ years' experience in the following: Previous software delivery or implementation experience, preferably in Enterprise Resource Platforms.
• Exposure to or functional knowledge of enterprise-grade applications such as Financials, Procurement, Sales, MRP, Warehouse Management, and/or Supply Chain Management System.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.

Starting Salary Range: $120K - $160K per year

Position located in Greenwood Village, CO. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
