Operations Assistant

Role Description

As an Operations Assistant (Gas) based in Levallois-Perret (near Paris, France), you will be responsible for assisting our operation manager to manager day-to-day operations related to gas operations:

• Confirm customers’ orders verifying information is complete
• Dispatch instructions to 3rd parties (terminals, transporters) for delivery execution
• Monitor deliveries and take corrective actions in coordination with the customers
• Gather and generate necessary documents (bill of lading, CMR, ADR, customs, Prof of Sustainability etc.)
• Keep the operations databases up-to-date
• Negotiate purchase of ancillary logistics services
• Calculate KPIs and prepare reports

Are you the perfect fit?

• You just obtained your degree or you have a first experience in logistics.
• Good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
• Very Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Very good knowledge of handling tools (MS-Access, MS-Excel, Google Sheets)
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
