ISDA/FBF Juriste/Negotiator

Kalexius is a leading international provider of managed legal services to in-house legal departments. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a:

ISDA/FBF Juriste/Negotiator - Paris - Temp Contract 6 months - Hybrid

We are looking for a lawyer with experience of negotiating ISDA/FBF documentation who also would like to, or has experience, managing projects. You will ideally be based in Paris and remote working is possible. You should have a pragmatic, business-minded approach as you will be working closely with the business teams. The project will allow keen candidates to develop their legal skills and form part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Skills and experience:

- You have a law degree and have at least 1.5 years' experience negotiating master agreements.

- Strong legal and analytical skills.

- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Ability to establish credibility quickly with client business lines and other internal functions.

- Ability to work as part of a team, approachable.

- Clear and effective communication -You must be fluent in English and French and be able to draft in both languages.
