Marconi Associates are delighted to be partnered with an international leader in warehouse automation.

Our client have a presence across the world, providing solutions for storage systems, mobile robotics and more.

They are hiring for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead multi-million euro projects with major customers.

Ideally, you will have proven experience within logistics and supply chain and have good knowledge of intralogistics or material handling processes/technologies.

This opportunity offers the potential to work in a multitude of sectors/industry-verticals, given that the customers come from a wide variety of areas. This means you will be working with the biggest names in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Ecommerce, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Logistics and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnkey project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual objectives and internal controls.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients and partners on contractual, technical, and financial matters. Manage all operational aspects, including coordination of studies, procurement, logistics, and on-site activities, through regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Optimize project outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
• Handle contractual and budgetary management, assess risks and opportunities, and oversee the project team and resource planning.
• Prepare and present progress and financial reports.

Requirements

• Experience being responsible for large projects
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain
• Expertise in Automation, intralogistics or material handling
• Background in Engineering or Robotics would be advantageous
• Native or fluent French

Other info: the salary for this position is between €75,000 and €90,000 dependent on experience.
