We're looking for a talented individual to lead our dynamic scheduling team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless customer journey.

The Role

As our Scheduling Team Leader, you will manage and monitor the scheduling team to effectively plan the operational repairs work for the Property Services workforce. You will work closely with the Operational Repairs Manager and other teams, including the Contact Centre, to ensure an efficient service is provided. You will gather and review data to offer proactive intelligence and help improve our services continuously.

What You'll Be Doing:

Team Management: Coach, motivate, and manage team members to ensure all operational repairs resources and work are planned effectively and timely. Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and manage capability, conduct, and absence.

Customer Experience: Ensure an excellent customer experience by managing the Scheduling Service to compliance requirements and time constraints. Act as the point of escalation for customers, schedulers, and colleagues.

Operational Oversight: Work with the Operational Repairs Manager to oversee scheduling activities, align them to agreed processes, and continuously improve operational processes to ensure a first-time fix where possible.

Administrative Management: Ensure all electronic systems are accurately administered for operational repairs work, and that all queries from colleagues and customers are correctly recorded or referred to the relevant department.

Who Were Looking For:

Experienced Professional: Demonstrable experience of leading a team in a scheduling environment, with significant scheduling experience and a strong working knowledge of scheduling services and customer services, preferably in a social housing environment.

Excellent Communicator: Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and external organisations.

Organised Leader: Well-developed organisational skills to manage competing priorities and projects, and strong people management skills to motivate, organise, and lead staff.

Problem Solver: Able to analyse problems, assess solutions, and reach sound decisions. Creative thinker who can identify innovative improvements to existing systems and services.

Data Analyst: Strong data analysis skills to interpret data from multiple sources, derive results, and make recommendations.

Collaborative Worker: Ability to engage and work with colleagues to find solutions and deliver improvements.
