Fabrication Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fabrication Project Manager to join our client's Production House (specialising in Retail Displays). This role is crucial in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee fabrication projects and production management
* Interpret client briefs into fabrication orders
* Liaise with design, studio, production, packing, and installation teams
* Manage relationships with external suppliers
* Prepare installation briefs for bespoke jobs
* Ensure smooth transition of project manufacture through the factory
* Attend and manage on-site builds
* Ensure company policies and Health & Safety regulations are followed
Required Skills and Experience:
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications
* Knowledge of engineering science and manufacturing processes
* Understanding of sustainability and waste management in production
* Experience in retail visual merchandising (desirable)
* Familiarity with CAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
