Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion
Providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure projects meet industry standards and client requirements
Developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives for the engineering department
Collaborating with senior management to align technical goals with organisational objectives
Supervising and mentoring engineering teams to enhance their skills and performance
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service

Preparing and presenting detailed technical reports and project updates
Job Requirements:
Substantial experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on project management
