Job Description
Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – Mayfair – up to £35,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a mobile basis covering 2 sites in the Mayfair area. You will be responsible for the fabric maintenance on a high-end residential and commercial environment in the area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing and painting. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime and further training.
Package & Working hours
Up to £35,000
Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
25 days holiday + Bank holidays

Key duties & Responsibilities
Painting & Decorating
Basic lighting
Fixing Furniture
Hanging Pictures & Shelves
Maintain and update Log books
Assist the maintenance team on site
Escort sub-contractors
To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. Requirements
Must have some trade certificates (Plumbing, Carpentry, etc)
Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
An understanding of most building fabric duties
Good communication skills
Health & Safety experience
Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
