Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Marketing & PR Executive looking to continue to develop their career within an amazing company and highly regarded British retail brand!
You will be working closely with well-known national and independent retailers, supporting the wider team with campaigns, copywriting, internal & external event planning and more!
A fast paced and varied Marketing & PR role covering aspects of Marketing, PR, Events, Graphic Design and Communications within a passionate and experienced team, ideal for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.
* Hours are Mon - Thurs 9am -5pm and Friday 9am- 4pm (with flex)
* Hybrid Working Policy after completion of the probationary period allows you to work from home 2 days a week

Role and Responsibilities:
· Supporting the wider team with developing and implementing the marketing calendar in line with product development, retailer & seasonal promotional activity.
· Working closely with retailers to plan and execute annual marketing plans for product launches and seasonal activity. Negotiating best marketing opportunities for the business whilst developing relationships with important retail partners. (Websites, Digital Campaigns, In-store POS and Social Activity).
· Supporting our independent retailer network and Brand Ambassadors, with Marketing queries, distributing assets and full ownership of the retailer newsletter.
· Creation of bespoke assets (including web banners, Social posts and brand pages) for retailers using Photoshop, InDesign & Canva.
· Tracking and reporting on Marketing activity, liaising with team to create monthly Marketing Reports.
· Supporting the PR team with media monitoring and content distribution to our key Press contacts.
· Assist in drafting and editing copy across all channels, including blogs, web and press releases.
· Internal Communications support, including management of the monthly internal newsletter, from creation to distribution, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with company culture.
· Support the wider team with the management and organisation of internal events, including quarterly socials.
· Support in the management, organisation and logistics of Consumer and Trade Shows.
· Budget management with support from the wider Marketing & PR teams.
Ideally, you will bring with you:
· At least 2 years of experience within a Marketing and/or PR role, ideally within the retail/B2C environment
· Experience in Graphic Design, InDesign, Photoshop & Canva is essential
· Excellent copywriting, communication and organisation skills
· Analytically & Commercially minded in line with budget management
· A strong desire to learn, develop with a passionate and committed attitude
· Confidence on camera, is not essential to the role but would be an added bonus to support continued growth on TikTok!
