Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a team of industry veterans who are revolutionising design practices in the AI emulation / simulation arena. Our client is a well-funded start up entering a period of growth. They have established a team of software and AI.engineers, and have already secured a number of high-profile customers. The company is now seeking a Director of Product Management (software / AI) to take responsibility for product-market fit and to ensure the software development and AI engineering R&D teams are developing features that customers need (and are willing to pay for). Key responsibilities will be to:Direct the engineering teams (AI and software) and team leads in ways to make the product the most meaningful to their beachhead marketMaintain awareness and communication around how development activities link to future emulation / simulation products and subsequent marketsEnsure that current and future products are included in customer planning / roll outsParticipate in EDA / deep tech / software industry events to create market awareness and to understand industry trendsContribute to software and AI product development, act as a member of the senior leadership team and drive the growth of the organisation|Remuneration will be in the industry’s top quartile (salary and bonus), accompanied by materially significant stock options package.
