Job Description

Our client is a leading building consultancy, with an incredibly supportive culture and amazing clients. Having grown significantly over the last year they are now seeking to recruit a Senior Building Services Engineer for hybrid role in London

The successful post holder will be responsible for providing building services related technical advice to clients. Properties will include Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Retail, in both the Private and Public Sector.

The successful post holders duties will include auditing clients M&E plant and infrastructure, providing technical M&E expertise and advice on asset maintenance and plant replacement projects, and producing maintenance specifications for maintenance contracts. You'll also help to audit and manage M&E suppliers on their compliance/performance, as well as monitoring M&E/Plant replacement projects for clients.

Candidates do not have to have previous experience as a Building Services Consultant, but you should have strong building services (M&E) and compliance knowledge, good written and verbal skills and must be client facing.

A hybrid role, you'll divide your time working between client sites, home working, and seeing colleagues at the office. The role comes with a Salary up to £68,000, car allowance, bonus and a flexible benefits package.
