Class 1 personnel Ltd are looking to recruit Airside Transport Coordinator for one of our clients based at Heathrow.
The role will be based at Heathrow and will be tasked to remote asist other locations.

Job Description
The Airside Coordinator will asist a diverse team of loaders at airports and fuel terminals. They ensure effective support through engagement and communication with stakeholders and delivering operational excellence and first class service for our customers and partners while reparing adequate handover to shift managers, brief on time changes. Working with transport department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts. You will be communicating and working closely with Shift managers on airside to confirm all delivered goods to flights are correct.
In the job you'll be tasked with ensuring all airside loaders on shift are working under time pressures to ensure that your workload is completed on time for ensuring that customers’ needs are met and that they are satisfied. Your workload will differ day to day and you will be expected to communicate and seek support when required. Your challenge will be to anticipate when that will be.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Airside Coordinator role will have relevant experience of excellent customer service skills and working Airside.
You'll also need experience of the ability to work calmly under pressure as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A flexible attitude and a team player
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- previous airside experience, maybe a similar role like shift supervisor
- Able to work as part of a team
- Well presented
- Able to provide 5 years work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
- Prepared to undergo a UK criminal check
- Flexible
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, undertake a CRC (Criminal Record Check) and provide 5 years of checkable referencing history. For anytime spent outside the UK exceeding 6 months, you must be able to provide a CRC (Criminal Record Check) for that country.
