We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our Redditch team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for placing Temp & Perm roles within new, lapsed and prospective business, sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our organisation.

Duties:

• New business - Contacting new, lapsed and prospective business
• Utilise lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates for Temp & Perm roles
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Proven experience as a Commercial Perms / Commercial Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
