New Home Sales Advisor

Join Our Team as a New Homes Sales Advisor!

Are you passionate about helping people find their dream homes? Do you have a knack for sales and a commitment to excellent customer service? If so, we want you to join our award-winning new homes provider!

Location: Various sites across Scotland
Salary: 27,000 with OTE of 50,000 - 60,000
Hours: Thursday to Sunday (10 AM - 7 PM on Thursday, 10 AM - 5 PM on Monday & Friday, 11 AM - 5 PM on Saturday & Sunday)

What You'll Do:
* Engage with prospective buyers at our new homes sites, providing an exceptional customer experience.
* Guide clients through the sales process, answering questions and addressing their needs.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their desires and helping them find the perfect home.
* Be ready to move to new sites as each development sells out, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm wherever you go!

What We're Looking For:
* Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* A passion for property and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
