Role: Web Administrator

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm

Salary: Up to £25,500 – Depending on Experience

Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH, Office Based

Robin Elt Shoes is a family-owned, award-winning footwear retailer with over 150 years of heritage. We have seven stores and a thriving online presence, offering a wide range of high-quality, branded footwear from both iconic UK and global brands

As part of the Gardiners Group, one of the largest footwear and apparel distributors in the UK, we are currently looking for a full-time Website Administrator to join our friendly team at Robin Elt Shoes. You will also work closely with our group-owned and partner brand websites, including Crocs, Base London, Timberland Pro, Hush Puppies, and more.


What will the Web Administrator role entail?
As a Website Administrator you will oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the Robin Elt Shoes website, ensuring smooth functionality, accuracy, and sales growth.

  • Upload seasonal products to the website with accurate details and images.
  • Implement sales and promotions in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Set up flash sales and manage clearance events within commercial guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain website performance, ensuring stock feeds are functioning.
  • Update product listings, pricing, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with photographers and store staff for product images.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and sales.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with website and stock feeds.
  • Support customers with online orders, emails, and phone inquiries during busy periods.
  • Attend website meetings and collaborate across teams to drive online success.

What are we looking for in a Web Administrator?

  • Experience managing large volumes of product data in a digital retail environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • A sharp eye for detail and quality control
