Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking Cost and Project management consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team, based in Central London, near Farringdon Station.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will be joining a forward-thinking Cost and Project management consultancy who specialise in commercial projects in Central London. They are currently a team of 35 Quantity Surveyors and looking to grow organically going into 2025.

As a company their bread and butter is commercial but they cover a range of sectors including private residential, education, retail, heritage and data centres.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing multiple projects at once, looking after them from concept to completion. You will also be supporting the more Junior members of staff on site and back in the office.

The company also have international projects, especially in the middle east, so if you don't mind travel a few times a year, then this also could be a great role for you!

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Ideally experience working on Commercial projects
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a private practice / consultancy
Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
Excellent attitude and team player
Capable of supporting with mentoring junior colleaguesIn return

£70,000 - £80,000
