Building surveyor

I am looking for a Building Surveyor to join a social housing provider in the Nottinghamshire region. The Building Surveyor Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out day to day repairs inspections and detailed report writing.

Building Surveyor Duties:

• Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
• Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
• Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service.
• Carry out generic damp and mould surveys when required

What is required for the Building Surveyor vacancy:

• Social Housing knowledge/ experience
• Good understanding of housing maintenance repairs
• HNC/ Relevant qualifications - Desirable
• Damp and mould knowledge

This will be a 3 month temp to perm role paid at £33 per hour umbrella.
