JUMP ON BOARD THE ARK

About ARK Co-living:

We build homely co-living spaces in vibrant areas, where people can work comfortably, connect easily, and live, altogether better.

In a city that never stops, we want people to live better, together. Our co-living spaces are beautiful, inviting, and set in vibrant, well-connected London locations—all at a fair price without compromising on quality. We design more than just spaces; we create invitations. Not just to visit, but to connect. A place to be part of something bigger. A place to learn, work, enjoy, and create

ARK Canary Wharf is haven of community and creativity in vibrant East London, just a few minutes' walk from Canary Wharf where our members can stay for a night or a year and discover new faces and life-enriching experiences in London's largest co-living space.

What is co-living?

Co-living offers a superior way to stay, live, and experience cities compared to traditional visitor accommodations and housing, which often lack community, convenience, and value. By combining private studios, shared communal spaces, and services typically reserved for high-end apartments and hotels, ARK provides more than just a roof over your head. It is a community-led space you can proudly call home, regardless of your length of stay.

The Hub is the heart of our co-living space, essential for infusing our culture into the community. The Hub team ensures an authentic and consistent co-living experience for all members.
