Your new company
A forward-thinking organisation on the outskirts of Bath are actively looking to appoint a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their high-performing team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

Processing and coding invoices
Making payments
Resolving supplier queries
Raising sales invoices
Bank reconciliations
Allocating payments
Intercompany reconciliations
Assisting in month-end preparation
Liaising with the commercial team on a regular basis
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. You will have good IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
AAT (or working towards) is desirable.
