Job Description

We have a passion for people and are looking to add an Recruitment Coordinator to join team based across our client account in Sittingbourne. As an Account Coordinator you will be responsible for attracting, resourcing, and recruiting candidates to ensure client expectations are met, providing administrative support for candidate management. This position would suit someone who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills looking to enter the recruitment industry, or an experienced coordinator looking for their next step in their career, with an organisation ranked 17th in Recruiters FAST50.
Pay: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience
Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 0600am to 0230pm flexibility required
Sound good? The role:
Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfilment client requirements.
Work with Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
Provision of 24/7 service to meet client requirements as required.
Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
Working with Account Manager to identify business development opportunities.
Contribute to a candidate focused culture, ensuring 'right fit', maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
Create and maintain a 'Pool' of candidates appropriate to the client's needsThe successful candidate will have:
Previous recruitment or customer service experienced preferred.
Confident use of Microsoft Excell
Great organisational skills
