The Role

We are currently seeking to recruit a Finance & Operations Manager to join us in our Central London office. This role will be part time working a minimum of 3 days a week with 1-2 of those being in the office.

The Successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial and office management of our business, this includes managing our debts, invoices and some administration as well as managing staff.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Manage accounts payable and receivable

* Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for costsaving and revenue-enhancing initiatives

* Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, including tax withholdings and benefits management

* Manage relationships with external service providers, including job boards, technology providers, and office suppliers. Negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms

* Provide mentorship, training, and performance management

* Track operational costs related to recruitment activities, ensuring that spending aligns with budget targets

* Managing general operations in the office and buying supplies etc
