Salary

£30,495* Basic annual salary based on a 36 hour week

(*Excludes enhancement for Night, Weekend and Bank Holiday working)

Hours

18 36 hours per week worked over two four 9-hour shifts

Shifts worked across a 7 day / 3-shift roster. Monday to Sunday (early) 7.00am-4.00pm, (late) 4.00pm-1.00am and (Night) 10.00pm-7.00am

This role

You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, in a professional service, making a real difference to the lives of patients and their families. Working in an environment where the patient is truly the centre of care, you will be part of a supportive and fun team where everyone is valued for their unique skills and experience. You do not need palliative care experience (although that would be great) as we offer a comprehensive induction package.

OurHospice in Your HomeTeam provides planned 1:1 care and a roaming service to people in their own homes. The successful postholder will work shifts across the week, including weekends and bank holidays, on a planned rota basis.

You must be a Registered Nurse with post registration experience, knowledge and skills to deliver generic palliative care in the community. Support will be given to the postholder to develop their career ambitions. You must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
