We are seeking a talented and experienced Esthetician to join our upscale medical spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and a proven track record in providing high-quality aesthetic treatments. With 2-3 years of hands-on experience, particularly with laser procedures, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced skincare procedures.
- Conduct laser treatments for hair removal, skin resurfacing, and other dermatological applications.
- Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their skincare needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments and products.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an Esthetician.
- Proven experience and certification in laser treatments.
- Valid esthetician license in the state of IL
- Strong knowledge of various skincare products and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Experience with additional aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, photorejuvenation, and dermaplaning.
- Knowledge of evidence-based skincare practices and client-centered treatment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
