Senior Industrial Engineer, New Product Development

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer. You will be part of a team of key influential players supporting the NPD Project Leader in the exciting and challenging world of BRP product development. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Support the early stages preliminary sequences: Build visual instructions. Review sequence throughout as development progresses. Be responsible & guardian of the Manufacturing Architecture: Manufacturer requirements for function cutting. Process cutting. Responsible for identifying, communicating, and monitoring non-functional manufacturing requirements (Assembly). Responsible for the sequence’s validation in the P1 and P3 phases; (Ergonomic, H&S). Support DFX, PFMEA process, Workshops & Preliminary layout. Contribute to NPD governances with the Project Leader. Responsible for risk assessment in relation to his main functions. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering. 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field. English & French both, knowledge of English is essential since the candidate will have to interact on a regular basis with peers located in Mexico. Good command of Google Suite, Catia, 3DVIA & SAP. Ability to Work in Harmony with Co-Workers, openness to other cultures. Frequent travel to Mexico (three to four times a year).
