Job Description
Looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading property services company based in Cambridge undertaking responsive and planned maintenance repairs to void properties
Offering a competitive salary of £33,000

Enhanced Pension PlanYou'll work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, minor plumbing, tiling etc all within a social housing setting.
Requirements
Must be able to travel as role covers East Anglia and surrounding areas, although predominately the Cambridge area
Hold a relevant NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
