Audit Senior Manager - Not for Profit

IAC are helping a London-based Top 30 firm recruit a Senior Manager (or experienced Audit Manager) into their practice as a result of further growth.

There's a very competitive salary on offer here too, which comes in addition to a generous discretionary bonus.

And it gets better. The role is being exclusively recruited by yours truly. No more dealing with multiple other recruiters spamming your phone and providing you with misinformation.

There is additional opportunity to gain exposure to commercial audit clients if that is what the successful applicant would like to do.

More details on the role below:

• NFP clients including charities, education clients, and trade unions. Corporate clients anything non-FS. There would be a majority focus on NFP clientele however a split portfolio is achievable
• Report directly to Partners, work alongside other managers, and manage trainees. Also get involved in mentoring others if you wish - the same goes for business development!
• 2 days a week in the London offices - which have just been refurbed!
• Fun firm environment with regular socials
• 300ppl firm, large enough but still has the small firm feel
• Brilliant work life balance, core hours 10am-4pm

We can sponsor for this role so Tier 2 candidates will be reviewed however UK experience is needed. We are looking for a chartered accountant with a NFP focused portfolio. Also someone who is a current audit manager or senior manager.
