* Schedule: Alternate weekends required, no late evenings
Salary: £32,000 per annum

The home are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead their culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and development of staff.

* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control to meet budget targets.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with management to create special menus and promotions.
* Monitor and improve kitchen operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
