Receptionist/Office Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our growing team at Montirex, an outdoor sports performance brand based in Liverpool. You will work at the Speke HQ on a full-time permanent basis.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet & Greet visitors to HQ.
- General office duties.
- Arranging Travel for the wider team.
- Inventory checks on general office supplies.
- Supporting Directors.
- Setting up meeting rooms.
- Providing refreshments for key meetings.
- Management of incoming and outgoing post.
- Management of cleaning services.
- Assist with processing company expenses.
- Ensuring showrooms and offices are always presentable.
About You
- Specific experience in HQ fulfilling similar duties.
- A can-do positive attitude.
- Team player.
- Willing to learn.
- A good forward planner and organiser.
- Highly presentable and courteous manner.
- Great interpersonal skills.
Salary/Package
- Full-time, Permanent.
- 100% in office.
