Assistant Store Manager -Contemporary Fashion & Accessories brand

We have partnered stylish with a contemporary accessories brand looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager to oversee a new London store.

Key responsibilities;

• Manage the store where required, whilst supporting the manager and retail director on sales strategy and plans
• Oversee VM and creative processes
• Support sales advisors and sales staff ensuring wellbeing and KPI's are met
• Create staff Rotas
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Understand the product and product stories
• Oversee the brand database
• Ensure seamless sales process across the store
• Exceed customer experience
• Aware of current fashion and styling trends

The successful candidate will;

• Have experience within a supervisory role
• Must have worked within the fashion, beauty, or accessories sector
• Have great communication skills
• Be a strong team leader
