In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Projects and Logistics teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You’ll manage stock control, coordinate orders, and meet delivery targets while fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Collaborate with Sales, Customers, and Suppliers to process and coordinate customer orders.
* Supply Chain Coordination: Purchase non-stock items, oversee stock picking, and arrange deliveries.
* Quality Control: Monitor product quality, quantities, and invoice accuracy.
* Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the operations team, clients, and stakeholders.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 2+ years in a Project Coordinator or Customer Service role within a project-based environment.
* Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and strong administrative skills.
* Attributes: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
* Additional Requirements: Full Driving Licence.
