Sales Director UK&I, Benelux + Nordics

£150,000 – £180,000 basic salary X2 OTE

We are partnering with are a next-generation global technology company whose software division has had real momentum, in the last 18 months they have hired X250 Sales and Leadership professionals which has helped them attain over $2 billion in revenue.

A new CRO and SVP for Europe have recently joined the business to help spearhead their next phase of growth. Their priority is to hire a 1st line Sales Director / Sales Leader for UK&I, Nordics and Benelux managing a team of 10 Enterprise sales reps (direct) and 8 Product line specialists (indirect).

Requirements:

• 15 years management experience
• Experience working for an Enterprise Software Vendor
• Sales methodology preferred (MEDIC, MEDPIC, Command, Sandler etc)
• Experience working through the channel in territory
• Experience Managing reps across Europe
