Warehouse Order Picker - Early Shift

Join one of the areas best logistics and distribution companies! Connect Appointments are looking for reliable individuals to become Order Pickers with our clients back shift warehouse team.

Working within their Bathgate facility, this is a full-time ongoing position. Working 5 days over 7, between 05.00 and 13:00 - paid at 14.27 per hour.

As an Order Picker, your duties will include: Using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment, ensuring inventory is managed accurately. Combined with:

• Safely picking items from shelves
• Packaging completed orders
• Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork
• Unloading deliveries from delivery lorries
• Assisting with the distribution of goods throughout the warehouse
• Restocking shelves, and other general duties
• Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment; The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions; The ability to using picking machines in warehouses and manually pick items; The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
