Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector (Primary or Secondary Schools)

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Hybrid (Flexible Remote and Office Working)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with primary and secondary schools across your region, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Attract, engage, and place high-quality teaching and support staff into temporary and permanent roles within primary and secondary schools.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, lead generation, and industry knowledge.


About You:

  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
