Management Accountant
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours of Work: 25 hours per week (flexible on days worked)
Salary: £ competitive

We're looking for a dedicated Management Accountant to oversee the accounts function for the group and its four subsidiary companies. If you're detail-oriented, analytically minded, and thrive in a varied role, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day financial operations, including:

• Preparing audit information and assisting with management accounts
• Handling Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledgers
• Managing Cash Book and Credit Control
• Processing foreign payments and working with multiple currencies
• Raising customer invoices and credits
• Assisting with supplier payment runs, including international transactions
• Maintaining strong supplier relationships and processing invoices
• Generating monthly statements for customers
• Managing petty cash

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting work priorities
• Proficiency with financial tools and accounting software
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 4 AAT qualification or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong administrative and software skills

Preferred Experience
Knowledge of Xero and Sage would be a significant advantage.
