Associate/Research Director: Quant Research

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days office-based, 2 days remote)

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Interview process: 2 stages with a task at 2nd stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple research projects for leading brands across various sectors.
• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on bespoke and syndicated research.
• Present findings to clients and contribute to new business development.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a market research agency.
• Strong quantitative research skills (qualitative is a bonus).
• Proficiency with data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Askia, Q).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
