Corporate Associate - 1-3PQE

Pure Search are instructed by one of the most prominent law firms in the TMT space who are looking to add to their Corporate team at 1-3PQE.

The Firm:

Our client is renowned for some of the best tech, media and telecoms work in the market, working with household names including the likes of Sony, BBC, Amazon and a range of disruptive tech start-ups. They are in quite a unique position where they are working with some of the most prominent growth tech clients in the market whilst also working with household name multinationals.

Culturally, our client is a relaxed place to work, described by the head of team as a 'non-corporate corporate team'. They are known for consistent 6.30pm finishes but with some of the best quality work in the market alongside this.

The Role:

This is a broad corporate role encompassing M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Restructurings and Venture Capital. You will find yourself working with a spread of fast-growing companies, investors and some of the world's biggest and most high-profile technology, retail, luxury goods and media companies.

About You:

You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 12-months post qualification corporate experience, gained in a broad role encompassing public or private M&A as an aspect of the role.

You will be at a stage of your career where you are craving a new challenge and want to see an improvement to your work/life balance but without compromising on the quality of the work, remaining at a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 practice. In return, you will be joining an immensely talented corporate team with a very high retention rate and a clear path for career progression at all levels.
